Weak Wi-Fi in key rooms
Home office, bedrooms, backyard, garage, and streaming areas often suffer from poor coverage.
Las Vegas · Summerlin · Henderson · Enterprise
A 3D Wi-Fi and security camera coverage plan for your home — before you spend money on equipment or installation.
See weak zones, recommended equipment, camera coverage, and clear upgrade options — all mapped to your actual home.
The problem
Most home Wi-Fi and camera systems are planned backwards: people buy equipment first, then hope it works. We do it differently. We scan your home, map the layout, and design a visual technology plan before equipment or installation decisions are made.
Home office, bedrooms, backyard, garage, and streaming areas often suffer from poor coverage.
Access points need proper placement and a strong backhaul path. Equipment in the wrong spot can look fine on paper and perform poorly in the house.
Driveways, side gates, front doors, garages, and backyard zones need intentional camera angles.
A visual Blueprint helps avoid unnecessary equipment, poor placement, and messy upgrades later.
The product
The Home Technology Blueprint gives you a clear plan for Wi-Fi coverage, camera placement, and equipment selection before you commit to equipment or installation. It is a paid design and planning package that turns your home layout into a practical technology roadmap.
We capture the real layout of your home instead of working from guesswork.
Coverage mapped room by room, with the weak zones named before you buy anything.
Camera positions and angles, and the gaps a typical setup leaves behind.
A specific equipment list and planning-level budget ranges to decide against.
Includes access point placement · blind spot review · Good / Better / Best options · PDF report · optional installation path
Process
A quick discovery call to check the fit, then an on-site 3D scan of the actual layout.
Wi-Fi coverage, camera placement, recommended equipment, and Good / Better / Best options.
A PDF-style Blueprint, typically within 24–48 hours. Installation is optional and quoted separately.
Who we are
DOMIVKA was built from years of hands-on work with home networks, Wi-Fi, cameras, and residential technology. We have seen what works, what gets overlooked, and where poor planning turns into unnecessary cost and frustration.
We turned that into the Home Technology Blueprint — a clear, visual planning process that helps homeowners make better decisions, avoid the common mistakes, and build a system around the way their home actually works.
Based in Las Vegas. Every Blueprint is built around the actual home — not a generic template.
Why planning first
Most home technology problems come from guessing: guessing where to place a router, guessing where a mesh point should go, guessing how many cameras are needed, or guessing whether a driveway is actually covered.
The Blueprint gives you a visual plan first, so decisions are made with a clearer understanding of the home layout, weak zones, camera angles, and future expansion needs.
Illustrative diagrams. Your Blueprint is built from your own home layout.
The technology behind it
Blueprints are designed around professional UniFi / Ubiquiti systems, so Wi-Fi, cameras, and recording all work together instead of as separate products.
Pricing
Pricing is based on home size and whether the Blueprint covers Wi-Fi only, or Wi-Fi and security cameras. The exact scope is agreed on the discovery call.
Home Technology Blueprint
$149
This is a planning/design service only. Equipment and installation are not included. If you choose to move forward, installation can be quoted separately.
Deliverable
A PDF-style Home Technology Blueprint report, typically delivered within 24–48 hours of the on-site scan.
Inside: home layout and 3D model screenshots, coverage notes, a camera placement map, the equipment list, and next steps.
Blueprint pricing covers design and planning only. It does not include equipment, installation, wiring, drilling, mounting, or construction work. If you decide to move forward, installation can be quoted separately through an appropriate installation provider where required.
Example implementation paths
Your Blueprint may include several implementation paths based on your goals, layout, and budget. Here is a typical Wi-Fi example — camera work follows the same logic.
A non-invasive option using UniFi access points and wireless mesh where wiring is not practical.
Best for
A stronger setup using wired access points in key areas and wireless mesh only where needed.
Best for
Professional-grade design with wired ceiling access points, cameras, NVR, network rack, and clean long-term scalability.
Best for
Budget ranges shown in the Blueprint are for planning purposes only. They are not a final quote, contractor bid, or installation contract. Final pricing depends on site conditions, cable paths, selected equipment, labor requirements, and provider approval.
After the Blueprint
The Blueprint is yours to keep. You can use it now, save it for later, or request a separate installation proposal. If you choose to move forward, the design can help guide final pricing, scope, scheduling, and installation through an appropriate provider where required.

It covers the 3D or floor plan scan, Wi-Fi coverage planning, recommended access point placement, camera placement with a blind spot review, a recommended UniFi / Ubiquiti equipment list, Good / Better / Best implementation scenarios, and planning-level budget ranges.
No. The Home Technology Blueprint is a design and planning service. It includes a 3D home scan, Wi-Fi and/or camera placement plan, equipment recommendations, and planning-level budget options. Installation can be quoted separately if you decide to move forward.
$149 for homes up to 3,000 sq ft and $199 for 3,000–5,000 sq ft, with Wi-Fi planning. Adding security camera planning is $50 more. Homes over 5,000 sq ft and complex properties are reviewed individually. Nothing is charged on this page — the fee is invoiced after the discovery call, and only if the project is a fit.
Sometimes. A UniFi mesh option may work well in certain homes, but wired access points are still the best option for maximum stability and performance.
If you decide to move forward, the Blueprint can help guide a separate installation proposal with an appropriate installation provider where required. Installation is not included in the Blueprint fee.

No. The Blueprint is a planning tool based on home layout, recommended placement, and best practices. Final performance can vary based on building materials, interference, ISP service, equipment selection, device limitations, and installation quality.
Yes. The Wi-Fi + Camera Blueprint includes recommended camera locations, coverage review, blind spot notes, and UniFi camera/NVR equipment recommendations.
For many homes, yes. A properly designed UniFi system can provide better coverage, scalability, and management than a single ISP router or random consumer mesh system.
